Chinese Chef – SEBEN Pan Asian KitchenLocation: Banashankari, Bengaluru

SEBEN Pan Asian Kitchen is looking for an experienced Chinese Chef with strong hands-on knowledge of Chinese and Indo-Chinese cuisine. The chef should be confident handling a fast-paced commercial kitchen and consistently delivering outstanding taste, presentation and portion control.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare Chinese and Indo-Chinese starters, soups, noodles, fried rice and gravies.
- Strong wok skills and knowledge of sauces, marinades and Asian ingredients.
- Maintain consistent taste, portion size and food presentation.
- Handle mise-en-place and preparation before service.
- Follow recipes, food-costing standards and minimise wastage.
- Maintain kitchen hygiene,



cleanliness and food-safety standards.
- Manage orders efficiently during busy lunch and dinner service.
- Coordinate with other chefs and kitchen helpers.
- Monitor stock and inform the manager about ingredient requirements.

Requirements: Minimum 5–15 years of relevant Chinese kitchen experience preferred. Candidates should have good wok skills, speed, discipline, cleanliness and the ability to work as part of a team.
