We are looking for a motivated, persuasive, and results-driven Outbound Telecaller to join our admissions team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential students and parents looking for premier coaching in JEE, NEET, K-CET, and Integrated PU Programs. Your primary responsibility will be making outbound calls to educational leads, explaining our courses, and converting them into successful walk-ins and admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Outbound Calling: Make regular outbound calls to prospective students and parents from provided lead databases and inquiry forms.
- Course Counselling: Explain the features, benefits, syllabus structures, and achievements of our competitive exam packages (JEE/NEET/KCET).
- Lead Conversion: Understand student needs, handle parents' queries or objections politely, and schedule center visits or counseling sessions
- Follow-ups: Strictly maintain a regular follow-up schedule via phone calls and WhatsApp to maximize enrollment conversions.
- Data Management: Keep systematic records of daily call logs, lead interactions, and follow-up updates in our CRM software




- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily calling metrics and monthly admission targets set by the academy

Job Requirements

- Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, or EdTech/Education sales (Previous experience in JEE/NEET admission counselling is a major advantage).
- Language Proficiency:
- Fluent in speaking Kannada (Mandatory for local parent interactions).
- Good command of English.
- Skills Needed: Excellent communication, active listening, negotiation, and convincing abilities over the phone.
- Tools: Basic knowledge of computers, MS Office, and handling CRM tools or WhatsApp Business.
- Age Limit: 20 - 35 years.
