? Key Responsibilities

Promote hospital services, specialties, doctors, and healthcare facilities.

Develop relationships with doctors, clinics, diagnostic centres, corporates, and referral partners.

Generate patient referrals and support patient-footfall growth.

Conduct regular field visits and market-outreach activities.

Organize health camps, awareness programs, CME programs, and promotional activities.

Identify recent business opportunities and corporate tie-ups.

Monitor competitor activities and healthcare-market trends.

Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly marketing reports and referral data.

Coordinate with hospital departments for outreach and marketing initiatives.





Achieve assigned marketing and business-development targets.

? Qualification

Graduate in any discipline.

MBA / PG Diploma in Marketing or Healthcare Management will be an added advantage.

Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in Hospital / Healthcare Marketing.

Excellent communication, networking, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

Knowledge of the local healthcare market in Mangalore is preferred.

Willingness to travel for field marketing, client, and referral visits.

Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
