REAL ESTATE PRE SALES EXECUTIVE

Job Responsibilities

Handle incoming leads through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels

Understand customer requirements and provide suitable property options

Explain project details, location, amenities, pricing and payment plans to customers

Generate and qualify leads through outbound and inbound calls

Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication

Coordinate with the sales team and schedule site visits

Maintain customer data and lead records in CRM

Achieve monthly lead conversion and sales support targets

Build solid relationships with prospective customers

Candidate Requirements

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Experience in real estate sales or pre sales will be an advantage

Freshers with good communication skills can also apply

Basic knowledge of Pune real estate market is preferred

Should be confident, target oriented and presentable

Job Type: Full Time

Salary: 12,000 to 18,000 per month plus attractive incentives
