Store In-Charge – Showroom & Spare PartsJob Responsibilities:

- Manage showroom, product and spare-parts inventory.
- Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular stock checks.
- Ensure adequate stock of rapid-moving and critical spare parts.
- Issue spare parts to service engineers and maintain proper issue records.
- Monitor minimum stock levels and raise replenishment requirements on time.
- Receive and verify incoming products and spare parts.
- Organise and maintain the store with proper labelling and storage.
- Identify and report damaged, excess, slow-moving and shortage stock.
- Coordinate with sales, service and purchase teams for stock requirements.
- Ensure all inward and outward stock movements are properly recorded.

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience in store/inventory management preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and inventory management.
- Good organisational and communication skills.
- Experience with machinery, power tools, agricultural equipment or spare parts will be an advantage.
- Responsible, honest and detail-oriented.

Key Responsibility: Ensure the right products and spare parts are available when required while maintaining accurate inventory records.
