About the Role:

Kotak Life Insurance is looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our team in Ballygunge, Kolkata. The role involves identifying, sourcing, and onboarding potential prospects to support our growing business.

Key Responsibilities:

? Initial screening of prospects through official portals

? Conduct customer sourcing and acquisition

? Coordinate between customers and managers for customer support and objection handling

? Generate leads for life insurance products

? Assist in hiring process and report recruitment status to the management

? Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Requirements:





? Graduation is required.

? Good communication and interpersonal skills

? Basic knowledge of MS Office

⚡ Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment workplace

? Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of recruitment experience can apply
