Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Marketing Executive to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting properties, generating leads, managing digital marketing activities, and supporting sales growth.
- Key ResponsibilitiesPromote residential and commercial properties through online and offline marketing.
- Manage property listings on platforms such as 99acres, MagicBricks, Housing.com, Facebook and Instagram.
- Create and coordinate property advertisements, posts, reels and promotional content.
- Generate leads through social media, Meta Ads and other marketing channels.
- Coordinate with the sales team and share qualified leads.
- Handle customer inquiries received through WhatsApp, calls and social media.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
- Maintain records of leads,
campaigns and marketing activities.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
- Visit project sites when required for promotional activities.
- RequirementsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads/Facebook & Instagram marketing will be an advantage.
- Basic computer skills.
- Freshers can apply; prior real estate/marketing experience is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Salary₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and skills, plus performance incentives.
