Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent

- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment and hiring.
- Recruit doctors, nurses, therapists, technicians, front-office staff, counsellors, sales and support staff.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, consultants and walk-in interviews.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with department heads.
- Negotiate salary and manage offer letters.
- Complete joining formalities and employee onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, attendance and leave data.
- Handle employee queries, grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and full & final settlements.
- Monitor employee performance, retention and attrition.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly HR MIS and recruitment reports.
- Ensure HR policies and applicable statutory requirements are followed.
