About Us:

Sree Lakshmi Kalamkari Works is a growing Kalamkari textile business supplying sarees, dress materials, fabrics, and other handcrafted textiles to wholesalers, retailers, and boutiques across India. We receive regular business enquiries through our IndiaMART and TradeIndia seller accounts and are looking for a dedicated person to manage and convert these leads.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Introduce Sree Lakshmi Kalamkari Works confidently on the first call and create a strong, professional first impression that builds buyer trust.
- Clearly explain the company profile, Kalamkari heritage, product range, manufacturing capacity and the types of wholesalers, retailers and business clients we serve.
- Present the company’s key USPs convincingly, including authentic handcrafted Kalamkari, direct-from-manufacturer pricing, quality assurance, customisation and reliable bulk supply.
- Understand and confidently address buyer queries and concerns regarding product quality, pricing, authenticity, delivery timelines, quantity and other requirements.
- Convert cold enquiries into interested and trusting prospects through effective communication, product knowledge, convincing skills and professional follow-up.
- Regularly monitor BuyLeads and direct enquiries on IndiaMART and TradeIndia, identify relevant prospects based on products, order quantity and location, and use lead credits effectively.
- Respond promptly to all enquiries, messages and chats received through IndiaMART, TradeIndia and WhatsApp Business while maintaining a high response rate.
- Contact buyers through inbound and outbound calls to understand their product, quantity, pricing and delivery-location requirements and qualify B2B sales opportunities.
- Share relevant product catalogues, photographs, pricing and quotations with prospective wholesalers, retailers, boutiques and other business customers.




- Move interested prospects from portal conversations to phone or WhatsApp discussions and maintain skilled communication throughout the sales process.
- Follow up consistently with every open lead until conversion or closure, using strong lead management, lead nurturing, telecalling and customer relationship skills.
- Coordinate with the owner and internal team regarding pricing, stock availability, product requirements, order processing and dispatch to facilitate successful sales conversion.
- Work towards monthly lead generation, sales and order-conversion targets and contribute to overall B2B/wholesale sales growth.
- Keep IndiaMART and TradeIndia product listings updated with accurate photographs, descriptions, pricing and other relevant information; maintain daily lead records using MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Prepare accurate daily and weekly MIS reports covering leads received, contacted, quoted, followed up and converted, while maintaining organised and consistent lead records.

Requirements:

• Experience in handling IndiaMART / TradeIndia seller accounts is highly preferred

• Experience in lead generation, telecalling, or B2B sales coordination

• Strong ability to build trust and rapport with a new buyer within the first call

• Able to explain the company profile and USP clearly and convincingly, without reading it like a script

• Good convincing and negotiation skills; able to handle buyer objections on price, quality, and delivery

• Willing to learn our products, Kalamkari process, and pricing in depth during the first month

• Valuable communication in Telugu, Hindi, and English

• Confident speaking to business customers on phone

• Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets and WhatsApp Business

• Willing to work on Saturdays and Sundays

• Target-oriented, organised, and consistent with follow-ups

• Knowledge of textiles / sarees is an added advantage
