1. Warehouse Associate (Picker / Packer / Loader / Unloader)

Job Responsibilities

- Pick, pack, load, and unload warehouse goods.
- Scan, sort, and label products.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and warehouse cleanliness.
- Follow safety and operational guidelines.

Eligibility

- Minimum 12th Pass.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Willing to work in rotational shifts.

Salary

- Fixed Salary: ₹13,000/month
- Attendance Bonus: ₹1,000/month (26 days attendance mandatory)
- Night Shift Allowance: ₹1,000/month (for night shift deployment)
- Maximum Earnings: ₹15,000/month

2. Supervisor / IRT (Inventory Resolution Team)

Job Responsibilities

- Supervise warehouse operations and staff.
- Monitor inventory and resolve stock discrepancies.




- Maintain reports and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Team Handling

Eligibility

- 12th pass preferred.
- 5 to 8 months Experience in warehouse/logistics operations preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge required.

Salary

- Fixed Salary: ₹18,000/month
- Attendance Bonus: ₹1,000/month (26 days attendance mandatory)
- Night Shift Allowance: ₹1,000/month (for night shift deployment)
- Maximum Earnings: ₹20,000/month
