Kitchen Team:

Bakery Team:

- Bakery Commi 2
- Bakery Commi 3
- Ice Cream Maker

Kitchen Job Responsibilities:

- Assist in food preparation and cooking as per restaurant standards.
- Follow recipes, portion sizes, and kitchen SOPs.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and workstations.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of food items.
- Support senior chefs and the kitchen team during service.
- Prepare ingredients such as vegetables, sauces, marinades, and other mise en place.




- Maintain proper stock rotation and minimize food wastage.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Assist with opening and closing kitchen operations.
- Work efficiently during busy service hours.

Kitchen Candidate Requirements:

- Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Good hygiene and professional grooming.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen workplace.
- Previous experience in restaurants, cafés, hotels, or cloud kitchens is preferred.
- Freshers can apply for Commi 3 and Kitchen Helper positions.

Experience: Fresher to 3+ Years

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: As per experience and interview performance
