Key Responsibilities

- Supervise, train, and manage daily activities of housekeeping staff and janitorial teams.
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms, common areas, and facilities to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met.
- Manage inventory levels for cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities; place orders as needed.
- Develop work rosters, assign duties, and track staff attendance and performance.
- Handle guest/resident requests or complaints related to housekeeping promptly and professionally.
