About the RoleWe are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Academic Counsellor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with students, understanding their educational requirements, providing course and university guidance, and assisting them throughout the admission process.

- Key ResponsibilitiesConnect with students through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand students' academic background, career goals, and course preferences.
- Provide counselling regarding courses, colleges, universities, eligibility, fees, and career opportunities.
- Explain admission procedures and assist students from counselling to enrollment.
- Follow up regularly with prospective students and maintain lead records.
- Handle student queries and provide accurate information.




- Achieve assigned daily/monthly counselling and admission targets.
- Coordinate with the admission and university teams for smooth processing.
- Maintain proper records and update CRM/lead status regularly.
- RequirementsGraduate in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Good Hindi and English communication.
- Comfortable with calling and student interaction.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
- Experience in Education Sales / EdTech / Academic Counselling / Telecalling will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
