- Job ResponsibilitiesHandle customer loan enquiries and coordinate the complete loan process.
- Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, and loan agents.
- Collect and verify customer KYC and property-related documents.
- Follow up with customers for pending documents and loan requirements.
- Track loan applications from submission to approval/disbursement.
- Maintain accurate customer and loan records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Legal, and Documentation teams.
- Update loan status and customer interactions regularly.
- Resolve customer queries related to loan processing.




- Prepare daily/weekly loan status reports for management.
- Required SkillsGood communication and follow-up skills.
- Knowledge of home loans and basic banking procedures.
- CRM/software handling skills.
- Good documentation and coordination ability.
- Robust customer relationship management.
- Basic knowledge of real-estate documentation is preferred.
