Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and skilled Staff Cook to prepare daily meals for employees and staff while maintaining high standards of taste, quality, hygiene, and food safety. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling regular meal preparation, kitchen operations, and maintaining cleanliness.

- Key Responsibilities Prepare daily meals including breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner as required.
- Handle preparation of Indian, basic continental, and other staff meal items.
- Follow standard recipes, portion sizes, and food quality requirements.
- Ensure timely preparation and service of meals according to the daily schedule.
- Maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness of the kitchen, cooking equipment, and work areas.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and labelling of food ingredients.
- Check the freshness and quality of ingredients before use.
- Minimize food wastage through proper planning and portion control.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team regarding daily meal requirements and ingredients.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.




- Assist with stock checking and inform the supervisor about required ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of refrigerators, storage areas, and kitchen equipment.
- Support the kitchen team during busy periods and special meal requirements.
- Requirements1–3 years of experience as a Staff Cook / Cook / Kitchen Cook.
- Positive knowledge of Indian cooking and everyday meal preparation.
- Ability to prepare meals in bulk while maintaining consistent taste and quality.
- Knowledge of basic food hygiene and safety practices.
- Ability to work efficiently under time constraints.
- Reliable, disciplined, and hardworking.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Preferred SkillsExperience in a corporate kitchen, staff cafeteria, hotel, restaurant, or central kitchen.
- Ability to manage bulk cooking and multiple meal requirements.
- Basic knowledge of inventory and kitchen cleanliness standards.
