*Salary & Benefits:*

• *CTC:* ₹22,000/month

• *In-Hand:* ₹18,200/month

• *Joining Bonus:* ₹5,000 (paid with the 2nd month's salary)

• *Afternoon Shift Allowance:* ₹1,500/month

• *Performance Linked Incentives (PLI):* Based on targets and performance

• 6 working days/week

• Initiate conversation with potential customers over the phone

• Engage customers by asking relevant questions and understanding their needs

• Maintain accurate customer and transaction details

• Stay updated on products and communicate recent offerings to customers

*Requirements:*

• Excellent communication skills

• Good interpersonal skills

• Ability to engage customers in conversation

• Patience and a customer-focused approach

• Good problem-solving skills

• Basic knowledge of relevant computer software
