Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Floor Manager to oversee daily hospital/clinic operations and ensure smooth coordination between departments. The candidate will manage staff, patient flow, hygiene standards, and overall floor operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor daily operations of the hospital/clinic floor
- Ensure smooth patient handling and coordination
- Supervise front desk, housekeeping, nursing, and support staff
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Resolve patient concerns and operational issues
- Coordinate with doctors and other departments




- Ensure discipline and compliance with hospital protocols
- Maintain reports and operational records
- Handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently

Eligibility Criteria:

- Graduate in any field
- Experience: 3–5 years in hospital/clinic operations or floor management
