About the Role:

Labonya Retreat is looking for a creative and energetic Social Media Video Content Executive who will be responsible for creating engaging video content for Labonya Retreat’s Instagram and other social media platforms. The role involves regular video shooting at the property, capturing events, guest experiences, food, ambience, activities, and day-to-day moments, followed by editing and timely uploading of content.

Key Responsibilities

- Shoot high-quality Reels, short videos, event videos, and promotional content at Labonya Retreat.
- Capture content related to the café, rooms, events, food, ambience, guest experiences, and activities.
- Plan and execute daily video content based on the social media content calendar.
- Edit videos into engaging and platform-appropriate formats, especially Instagram Reels.
- Add suitable music, transitions, text, captions, and effects to videos.
- Upload and publish content on Labonya Retreat’s Instagram account as per the content plan.
- Ensure regular and timely posting of content.
- Capture real-time content during events, celebrations, and special activities.
- Coordinate with the operations, marketing, and event teams for content requirements.
- Maintain an organised collection of raw footage and edited videos.




- Stay updated with Instagram trends, Reel formats, trending audio, and content styles.
- Ensure that all content represents Labonya Retreat’s brand image and hospitality standards.

Required Skills

- Valuable knowledge of mobile/camera videography and video shooting.
- Solid skills in video editing using applications such as CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar tools.
- Understanding of Instagram Reels and social media content trends.
- Creative approach to storytelling and visual content.
- Good sense of framing, lighting, angles, and composition.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality and event environment.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and complete content within deadlines.

Qualification & Experience:

- Graduate or equivalent qualification in any relevant field.
- 0–2 years of experience in social media content creation, videography, video editing, or digital marketing.
- Freshers with strong video shooting/editing skills and a good portfolio may also apply.
- Performance ExpectationsConsistent creation of high-quality video content.
- Regular and timely Instagram uploads.
- Quick turnaround of event and promotional content.
- Active participation in content planning and trend-based Reel creation.
- Maintaining consistency with Labonya Retreat’s visual identity and brand standards.
