Influencer Marketing Assistant

Location: Pitampura, Delhi

We are looking for a creative, organized, and proactive Influencer Marketing Assistant to support our influencer marketing activities and help build strong relationships with creators across Instagram and other social platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and identify relevant beauty, makeup, fashion, and lifestyle influencers.
- Coordinate with influencers for collaborations, product gifting, barter campaigns, and paid promotions.
- Send collaboration messages, follow-ups, briefs, and campaign details.
- Maintain and regularly update the influencer database with contact details, followers, engagement, rates, and campaign status.
- Track influencer deliverables, posting schedules, links, content, and campaign performance.
- Coordinate product dispatches and ensure influencers receive the required products on time.
- Monitor influencer content and collect screenshots, links, and performance insights.




- Assist in negotiating basic collaboration terms and coordinating payments when required.
- Stay updated with Instagram trends, viral content formats, reels, and emerging creators.
- Prepare regular reports on influencer campaigns and their results.
- Work closely with the social media and marketing team to execute campaigns smoothly.

Requirements

- 0–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketing.
- Valuable knowledge of Instagram and influencer trends.
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- Good organizational and coordination abilities.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Should be comfortable communicating with multiple influencers daily.
- A genuine interest in beauty, cosmetics, fashion, and social media will be an advantage.

Someone who is energetic, organized, good at communication, quick at follow-ups, and comfortable handling multiple influencer conversations and campaigns simultaneously.
