Business Loan Telecaller / Telesales Executive

- Make outbound calls to SMEs and business owners to understand their financing requirements.
- Generate and qualify leads for Business Loans, Working Capital, LAP, Term Loans and Invoice Discounting.
- Understand customer requirements such as business turnover, loan amount, existing loans and nature of business.
- Schedule qualified leads/meetings for the Sales Manager and follow up regularly.
- Maintain lead details and update CRM/MIS records.
- Coordinate with the sales team for documentation and further loan processing.

Requirements:

- 1–2 years of experience in Telecalling, Business Loan Sales, DSA, NBFC, Banking or Financial Services.
- Business Loan / SME Lending experience preferred.
- Good Hindi and basic English communication skills.
- Solid follow-up, convincing and customer-handling skills.
- Comfortable speaking with business owners and working with sales targets.
- Credit Card and Personal Loan experience will not be considered.

Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000/month + Performance Incentives
