- Job ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.
- Handle incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries professionally.
- Explain company projects, properties, offers, pricing, and other details to customers.
- Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain proper records of customer inquiries, follow-ups, and lead status.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
- Build and maintain valuable relationships with prospective customers.
- Follow up regularly with interested customers until the sales process is completed.




- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the reporting manager.
- RequirementsFemale candidates preferred.
- Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets is an advantage.
- Confident, polite, and customer-friendly personality.
- Ability to handle multiple customer follow-ups.
- Experience in real estate, construction, or telecalling will be an added advantage.
