The Business Development Executive is our on-ground presence in South India. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing current institutional accounts, universities, colleges, co-living operators, PG networks, and hospitality properties, across Karnataka, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, and Kerala. The central BD team handles pricing, proposals, and closures; your job is to open doors, build relationships, and keep opportunities moving through the pipeline. This is a high-activity field role with real autonomy and a clear path into regional leadership as the business scales.
