Key Responsibilities

· Operate strip packing and labelling machines as per production requirements.

· Set up machines before production and perform machine changeovers.

· Ensure proper labelling, coding, and packaging of products.

· Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot minor operational issues.

· Maintain production records, batch details, and machine logs.

· Ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of machines and work area.

· Check product quality during production and report any defects or deviations.

· Follow SOPs, GMP, safety, and company policies during operations.

· Coordinate with QA and maintenance departments for smooth production.

· Minimize machine downtime and material wastage.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· ITI/Diploma/12th pass or relevant technical qualification.





· Minimum 1–3 years of experience in strip packing or labelling machine operation.

· Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical packaging processes.

· Understanding of GMP and safety standards.

· Ability to handle production targets efficiently.

· Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Knowledge

· Experience in pharmaceutical or cosmetic manufacturing industry.

· Knowledge of machine troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.

Working Conditions

· Rotational shifts may be applicable.

· Production floor setting.
