Open Positions & Responsibilities

1. AI Assistant – Educational Content You will be the creative engine behind our digital learning materials, making self-study engaging and accessible.

- Core Tasks: Design and generate AI-based educational explainer videos, interactive presentations, and visual aids that break down complex academic concepts into easy-to-understand content for independent learning.
- Innovation & Research: Actively explore, test, and implement recent AI tools (like ChatGPT, Canva AI, or video generators) to support our teaching staff and upgrade our tech-enabled programs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with mentors to understand student pain points and design custom digital materials that directly address those learning gaps.
- Requirements: A highly creative mindset, strong basic computer skills, and an eagerness to experiment with AI. (Preferred: Hands-on experience with Canva, PowerPoint, and basic video editing software).

2. Teacher & Student Mentor You will move beyond traditional lecturing to become a true guide, coaching students through our self-learning methodology.

- Core Tasks: Act as a hands-on facilitator rather than a traditional lecturer. Drive our self-study based teaching approach by empowering students to learn independently instead of spoon-feeding information.
- Skill Building:



Help students build robust self-study habits, master time management (e.g., the Pomodoro technique), and set actionable personal academic goals.
- Student Wellbeing: Create a safe, burden-free environment where students feel comfortable expressing challenges. Provide both academic motivation and emotional support.
- Requirements: Excellent communication skills, deep patience, and a warm, student-friendly attitude. (Preferred: Background or strong interest in Education, Social Work, or Psychology).

3. Project Coordinator – Education & Outreach You will be the face of our initiative, building bridges between our NGO and external academic institutions.

- Core Tasks: Pitch and present our educational programs, focusing on the benefits of our self-learning "All Up" initiatives, to schools, colleges, and local academic centers.
- Event Management: Seamlessly plan, coordinate, and execute on-ground seminars, student-development workshops, and training camps.
- Relationship Building: Act as the primary point of contact for institutional partners, ensuring smooth communication and long-term collaboration.
- Requirements: Strong public speaking and networking skills, high organizational ability, and the confidence to manage events from start to finish.
