Job Title: Field Executive – Medical Outreach (Head Shape Clinic)

Location: Pune/Mumbai(Primary Base) with travel to other parts of Maharashtra & Gujarat(occasional)

Head Shape Clinic is a specialized healthcare provider focused on the assessment and treatment of infant head shape conditions. We work closely with pediatricians, neonatologists, and NICU teams to ensure early diagnosis and effective care solutions.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Field Executive to build and maintain strong relationships with doctors in NICU and pediatric departments across Pune/Mumbai, and other parts of Maharashtra & Gujarat. The role involves regular hospital visits, awareness building, and promoting our specialized services to healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit pediatricians, neonatologists, and NICU departments in assigned hospitals and clinics
- Build and maintain professional relationships with doctors and medical staff
- Educate healthcare professionals about Head Shape Clinic services and treatment solutions
- Generate referrals and increase awareness of the clinic’s offerings
- Plan and execute regular field visits, especially within Mumbai (primary working location)




- Maintain records of doctor interactions, feedback, and follow-ups
- Stay updated on clinic services, medical developments, and competitor activities
- Achieve assigned outreach and engagement targets

Requirements

- Prior experience in the medical field is highly preferred
- Experience as a Medical Representative (MR) will be an added advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build trust and maintain professional relationships with doctors
- Willingness to travel frequently within Kochi, Calicut, and Trivandrum
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and well-organized

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field
- Proven track record in medical sales or hospital engagement roles
