Job Description

- Responsible for actively selling cars to potential customers.
- Greet customers as they arrive at the car dealership, and engage them in conversation to determine their car buying needs.
- Visit influencers and brokers to generate current enquiry.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their preferences and budget.
- Negotiate and finalize sales agreements and contracts.
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in the automobile industry.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to strategize and implement sales promotions and campaigns.




- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the management.
- Ascertain that all documents related to cars and their sales are complete and accurate, and handed over to the customers at the close of each sale.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.

Required Education and skills:

· Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

· Presentable, energetic and highly confident.

· Strong customer orientation.

· Strong selling, interpersonal & negotiation skills.

· Good conversation skills.

· Persistent and driven.

. Have valid driving license.

Education qualification:

Any graduate

Diploma/Degree

Salary: 10k to 15k + performance incentives.
