An International Process Job is a job where the executives are assigned to handle the calls from customers in the U.S. These jobs include product and service support or technical support in which the customer is calling to solve an issue.

Positive Technical Knowledge

Good Logical reasoning & analytical skills.

Able to interact with customers Call, should be able to answer servicing questions.

Able to work in Rotational night shifts (US)

Fresher we are hiring for 3months of contract

Salary Details for fresher and Experience

28k take home salary for experience depends on the interview and assessment round scores

19K +9000 (Retention bonus per month) only for Fresher

Note Retention bonus will be paid in the end of the contract period
