Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and professional Collections Telecaller to contact customers regarding pending payments and assist in the timely recovery of outstanding amounts. The candidate should have good communication skills, patience, and the ability to handle customer conversations professionally.

- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to customers regarding overdue or pending payments.
- Follow up with customers and remind them about payment due dates.
- Understand customers’ payment concerns and communicate available payment options.
- Negotiate payment commitments within company guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer responses, and payment commitments.
- Follow up on promised payment dates and update collection status.
- Handle customer queries and resolve basic payment-related concerns.
- Escalate disputed or difficult cases to the concerned team.




- Meet daily/weekly/monthly collection and calling targets.
- Maintain professionalism and comply with company policies and applicable collection guidelines.
- RequirementsGood verbal communication skills in English and/or relevant local languages.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to update records.
- Good listening, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
- Patience and a qualified attitude while dealing with customers.
- Freshers can apply; experience in telecalling, collections, BPO, banking, or customer service is an advantage.
