Purchase Executive (Procurement)

Location: SANATAN SANCTUARY, B-59/5, 3rd Floor, Naraina Phase II Industrial Area, New Delhi – 110028

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Depending on experience and interview performance)

Experience Required: Minimum 1.5 Year (Purchase Department Only)

About the Role

We are looking for a Purchase Executive who can independently manage procurement activities from vendor sourcing to product quality verification. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of building strong vendor relationships while ensuring timely and cost-effective purchasing.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and identify reliable vendors across India.
- Manage the complete purchase cycle from enquiry to final procurement.
- Compare quotations and negotiate the best prices and commercial terms.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely deliveries.
- Conduct basic product quality inspections before approving purchases.
- Work closely with the operations and warehouse teams.
- Maintain vendor databases, quotations, and purchase records.
- Identify new suppliers and improve procurement efficiency.
- Ensure the right balance of quality, pricing, and delivery timelines.

Required Skills





- Minimum 1 year of experience exclusively in Purchase/Procurement.
- Solid working knowledge of IndiaMART (Mandatory).
- Good knowledge of TradeIndia.
- Excellent vendor coordination and negotiation skills.
- Ability to assess product quality independently.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred SkillsExperience sourcing products through Alibaba.
- Knowledge of the China supplier ecosystem and import procurement.
- Experience with wholesale supplier sourcing.
