The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our e-commerce services, generating leads, and scheduling appointments for the sales team.

- Roles & ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain company services and business solutions.
- Generate qualified leads and maintain follow-up.
- Schedule appointments for the Business Development team.
- Maintain customer details in CRM/Excel.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Build strong customer relationships.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
