We're hiring a smart and proactive Operations Executive to help run the day-to-day work of our online advertising business. This is a desk job where you'll work on a computer using different online tools and websites.

You don't need to be highly technical. What matters most is that you're smart, careful with details, eager to learn, and able to work on your own without needing constant instructions. We'll train you on all the tools.

What you'll do:

- Manage Facebook and Instagram accounts and pages - creating pages, adding photos and descriptions, posting, and keeping them active
- Check advertising account balances and maintain account-related information
- Watch short videos on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts to find valuable ideas for ads
- Create simple ad images using our in-house tool (full training given)
- Keep our reports updated in Google Sheets
- Search products and keywords on Amazon and note down the results
- Handle daily research,



data entry, and other routine tasks

What we're looking for:

- Smart, proactive, and willing to learn
- Good attention to detail
- Comfortable using computers, the internet, Google Sheets/Excel, and basic AI toold
- Good English - reading and writing
- Able to follow instructions and work independently
- Takes ownership of tasks instead of waiting to be told

Good to have (not required):

- Basic knowledge of social media platforms like Facebook/Instagram/TikTok/Youtube etc.
- Basic knowledge of AI tools and how to use them to get the work done

Growth opportunity: After a few months, there's a chance to take on more - like exploring new AI tools, managing a part of advertising campaigns, helping with hiring, and managing invoices and payments.
