We are looking for a Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing Executive who can independently manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns and generate high-quality leads through social media advertising.

- Job ResponsibilitiesPlan, create, and manage Facebook & Instagram (Meta) advertising campaigns.
- Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
- Generate high-quality leads through social media and paid advertising.
- Plan and optimize lead generation campaigns.
- Manage audience targeting, retargeting, and campaign segmentation.
- Monitor campaign performance, CPL, conversions, and lead quality.
- Coordinate with the creative team or prepare basic ad creatives/content when required.
- Track and maintain daily lead and campaign performance reports.
- Continuously optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and reduce cost per lead.
