We are looking for an experienced CNC Oxy-Fuel Cutting Machine Operator for our manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for operating CNC Oxy-Fuel cutting machines for heavy MS plates/sheets as per CAD drawings. Knowledge of AutoCAD, ProNest, CNC cutting, engineering drawings, machine setting and cutting parameters is required. Candidate should be able to read drawings, prepare/load cutting files, set material and ensure accurate cutting with minimum material wastage.

Responsibilities• Operate CNC Oxy-Fuel Cutting Machine

• Read and understand AutoCAD/CAD drawings

• Prepare/load cutting files using ProNest or similar nesting software

• Set plate/sheet and machine parameters as per requirement

• Ensure accurate cutting and proper dimensions

• Check finished components and maintain quality

• Optimize nesting to minimize material wastage

• Perform basic machine maintenance and follow safety procedures

Experience in CNC Oxy-Fuel Cutting Machine operation. Knowledge of AutoCAD and ProNest/Nesting software will be preferred. Candidate should have experience in heavy MS plate cutting and reading technical drawings.
