- Handle day-to-day purchase and procurement activities.
- Source materials from new and existing vendors.
- Collect and compare quotations from suppliers.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) after approval.
- Coordinate with vendors and follow up for timely material delivery.
- Maintain purchase records, quotations, POs, and vendor details.
- Coordinate with Projects, Production, Store, Accounts, and other departments.
Store Executive:
- Manage daily store and inventory activities.
- Receive and verify materials against Purchase Orders and delivery documents.
- Maintain material inward and outward records.
- Properly arrange and store materials.
- Maintain accurate stock and inventory records.
- Issue materials to Projects, Production, Site,
and other departments.
- Conduct physical stock verification and stock reconciliation.
- Monitor stock levels and inform the concerned team about material requirements.
- Identify and report shortages, excess stock, damaged materials, or discrepancies.
- Maintain proper store documentation and housekeeping.
- Required Skills3–8 years of experience in Purchase / Procurement / Store / Inventory.
- Good vendor coordination and negotiation skills.
- Valuable knowledge of material management and inventory control.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Experience in engineering/MEP/industrial materials will be an added advantage.
