Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound leads.
- Counsel clients regarding overseas work permits and visa options.
- Explain immigration programs and documentation requirements.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert inquiries into enrollments.
- Maintain CRM and client records.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Immigration, Visa Consultancy, EdTech, Banking, Insurance, Real Estate, or Tele Sales.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, or Telugu.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
