Job SummaryFreshyzo Foods is looking for an experienced Milk Pouch Packaging Machine Operator who has hands-on experience in operating and maintaining automatic/semi-automatic milk pouch packing machines / FFS packaging machines.

The candidate should not only know how to run the machine, but should also be capable of handling machine setting, sealing issues, leakage problems, film/roll adjustment and basic troubleshooting independently.

Key Responsibilities:-

· Operate milk pouch packaging machine independently.

· Perform machine start-up, machine setting and trial pouch checking before production.

· Handle proper film/roll loading and alignment.

· Maintain correct pouch filling quantity and weight.

· Continuously monitor sealing quality and pouch leakage.

· Identify and solve minor machine problems during production.

· Handle basic heater, sealing, sensor, film tracking and filling-related issues.

· Perform machine cleaning and changeover properly.

· Carry out basic preventive maintenance and daily machine inspection.

· Immediately identify abnormal sound, vibration, leakage or machine malfunction.

· Maintain daily machine operation and breakdown records.





· Ensure minimum packaging rejection, leakage and wastage.

· Support training of one backup operator/helper for basic machine operation.

· Follow factory hygiene, food safety and machine safety SOPs.

Candidate Requirements· Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience preferred in milk/dairy/liquid pouch packaging machine operation.

· Experience in Milk Pouch / FFS Packaging Machine is strongly preferred.

· Should understand sealing, leakage control, film setting and basic troubleshooting.

· Dairy / FMCG / Food Processing industry experience preferred.

· ITI / Diploma is preferred, but practical machine knowledge is more important.

· Should be comfortable working in shift-based factory operations.

· Outstation candidates can also apply and should be willing to relocate to Tilda / Raipur.

Key RequirementThis is not a general packing/helper role. The candidate must have actual hands-on experience operating a Milk Pouch Packaging / FFS Machine and should be able to handle basic machine problems without depending on a technician for every minor issue.
