About the Role

We are looking for an experienced backend/full-stack developer with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in web application development.

The candidate should have strong practical knowledge of PHP, Laravel, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap and should be capable of independently developing, maintaining, optimizing, and troubleshooting web applications.

The ideal candidate will work across both backend and frontend development, developing business logic, databases, APIs, and responsive user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using PHP and Laravel.
- Build robust backend architecture and implement business logic.
- Design and develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party APIs.
- Design, develop, and optimize MySQL databases.
- Write complex SQL queries, joins, subqueries, indexes, and database operations.
- Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces using HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap.
- Integrate frontend interfaces with backend APIs and database-driven functionality.
- Work on existing PHP/Laravel applications and develop new modules and features.
- Debug and resolve frontend, backend, database, and application issues.
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
- Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-structured code.
- Implement authentication, authorization, sessions, validations, and security best practices.
- Collaborate with other developers and team members to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Participate in testing, debugging, code reviews,



and deployment activities.

Required Technical Skills

Backend – Must Have

- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in web development.
- Strong knowledge of Core PHP.
- Strong hands-on experience with Laravel Framework.
- Excellent knowledge of MySQL.
- Strong understanding of OOP concepts.
- Good understanding of MVC architecture.
- Experience in developing REST APIs.
- Strong knowledge of database design and SQL queries.
- Experience working with existing and large-scale PHP applications.
- Good debugging and troubleshooting skills.

Frontend – Must Have

- Strong working knowledge of HTML5.
- Good knowledge of CSS3.
- Good hands-on experience with Bootstrap.
- Understanding of responsive web design.
- Basic to good knowledge of JavaScript/jQuery.
- Experience with AJAX and API integration.
- Ability to convert requirements/designs into responsive web interfaces.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree/diploma in computer science, IT, software engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in PHP/Laravel development.

Preferred Candidate

The ideal candidate should be capable of handling a complete development cycle:
