We are looking for a Shift In-charge / Operator to support sterilization operations and ensure smooth shift activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Check product details before processing.
- Label products and affix required indicators.
- Place dosimeters as per approved procedures.
- Carry out Gamma, Steam and EtO sterilization as per procedures.
- Monitor process parameters and report abnormalities.
- Supervise protected loading and unloading of products.
- Maintain process, shift and maintenance records.
- Perform line clearance after each batch.
- Ensure proper storage of processed products.
- Ensure smooth operation of the facility.
- Follow safety, cleaning and pest-control procedures.
- Report breakdowns, deviations and safety issues to the Facility In-charge.
