About the Role:

SOLXCELL is looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to promote rooftop solar solutions, generate leads, meet customers, conduct site visits, and convert enquiries into successful solar projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and follow up on residential & commercial solar leads.
- Conduct customer meetings and site visits.
- Explain solar systems, savings, subsidy, financing and net metering.
- Prepare/follow up on quotations and close sales.
- Develop local referral and business networks.
- Coordinate with technical and installation teams.
- Maintain daily sales/lead reports and achieve assigned targets.

Requirements

- Positive communication and convincing skills.
- Hindi communication required; basic English preferred.
- Willingness to work in the field and travel locally.
- Own two-wheeler and smartphone preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Solar/Electrical/Engineering background will be an advantage.
