Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive B2B sales, client acquisition, revenue growth, and team performance for our Digital Marketing and IT Services.

- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business opportunities and acquire B2B clients.
- Sell Digital Marketing, SEO, IT and related services to manufacturers and service providers.
- Conduct 7–8 virtual client meetings per day, understand requirements, and present solutions.
- Manage sales pipeline, leads, follow-ups, proposals, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Achieve assigned sales, revenue, and client acquisition targets.
- Maintain client/prospect data and sales activities in CRM/ERP.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.




- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Manage and mentor a 4–5 member Sales/Business Development team.
- Monitor team performance, lead conversion, pipeline, and target achievement.
