Medileaf Pharma is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) to manage and develop pharmaceutical sales operations in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage pharmaceutical sales activities in the assigned territory.

- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.

- Lead, guide and motivate Medical Representatives (MRs).

- Plan daily and monthly field activities for the sales team.

- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, pharmacies and distributors.

- Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.

- Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback.

- Conduct regular field visits with team members.

- Ensure proper product promotion and availability in the assigned territory.

- Prepare and submit sales reports and performance updates to management.

- Ensure achievement of team and individual sales targets.

Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline; candidates with Pharmacy,



Life Sciences or Biotechnology background are preferred.

- 3–6 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical/medical sales.

- Previous experience in handling a team of Medical Representatives is preferred.

- Strong communication, leadership and team-management skills.

- Valuable knowledge of pharmaceutical sales and market development.

- Target-oriented and able to work independently.

- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
