About the role

House of Daisy is a bridal and celebration wear label in Gurugram. We are hiring a Videographer to own all video content for the brand — from Instagram Reels and store films to product videos and campaign shoots. You will shoot and edit in-house, without an external agency, so this is a hands-on, end-to-end role for someone who can operate the camera and cut the edit themselves.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRA)

1. Content Planning & Pre-Production

- Work with the Marketing Manager to build the monthly video content calendar
- Create shot lists, mood references and shoot plans before every shoot
- Coordinate with the design and store teams on product availability, styling and model or client schedules
- Arrange location, lighting, props and equipment ahead of shoot day

2. Videography & On-Ground Shoots

- Shoot all brand video content — in-store films, bridal try-on and appointment footage, behind-the-scenes, product and campaign shoots
- Operate camera, gimbal, lighting and audio equipment independently
- Capture garment detail accurately, including embroidery, fabric fall, colour and texture
- Shoot on location at the store and at outdoor or studio locations as required

3. Editing & Post-Production

- Edit and deliver all video content in-house, meeting the agreed monthly output volume
- Handle colour grading so garment colours match the actual product
- Add music, text, transitions, captions and subtitles suited to each platform
- Deliver in correct formats and aspect ratios for Instagram, YouTube, website and paid ads

4. Instagram Reels & Short-Form Content

- Deliver the agreed number of Reels per week, on schedule
- Produce content in the formats that perform — trends, styling, bridal stories, product reveals, behind-the-scenes




- Turn around time-sensitive and trending content within 24 to 48 hours
- Maintain a ready bank of raw footage so content is never held up by shoot availability

5. Brand Consistency & Quality

- Ensure every video follows House of Daisy brand guidelines — colour palette, typography, pace and tone
- Maintain a consistent visual language across all content, so the feed reads as one brand
- Keep quality benchmarked against leading Indian bridal and couture labels
- Meet the quality standard on every delivery, with no compromise during high-volume weeks

6. Product & E-commerce Video

- Produce product videos for the website and product pages
- Shoot on-model and detail videos for new collection launches
- Deliver launch content in line with the collection launch calendar

7. Asset Management

- Maintain an organised, labelled archive of all raw footage and final files
- Back up all shoot data on the day of the shoot
- Keep past assets retrievable and reusable for future campaigns

8. Performance & Improvement

- Track how content performs — views, watch time, saves, shares and reach
- Work with the Marketing Manager to double down on what performs and drop what does not
- Stay current with platform trends, formats and editing styles

Candidate Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience as a videographer, preferably in fashion, bridal, jewellery, lifestyle or luxury retail
- Strong hands-on skills with mirrorless or DSLR cameras, gimbals, lighting and audio equipment
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve; working knowledge of After Effects and CapCut
- Proven ability to shoot and edit independently, from brief to final output
- Strong sense of framing, lighting, colour and pacing
- Comfortable working weekends and during peak wedding and festive season
- Based in Gurugram or Delhi NCR, or willing to relocate
- Own equipment is an advantage but not mandatory
