Hiring: Area Sales Manager (ASM) – FMCG Locations: Vadodara, Gujrat Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹55,000 per month Experience: 3–5 Years Industry: FMCG – General Trade Key Responsibilities Manage and develop distributors and dealer networks. Drive secondary sales and achieve monthly targets. Expand retail outlets and strengthen market penetration. Manage and guide Sales Officers. Handle collections and maintain strong trade relationships. Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends. Prepare regular sales and market reports. Requirements 3–8 years of FMCG General Trade Sales experience is mandatory. Strong experience in distributor and retail channel management. Good knowledge of the local market.
