About the Role We are looking for an experienced Sales Advisor with strong exposure to selling Executive Education programs for working professionals. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, experience in inside sales & counselling, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities Engage with working professionals and senior executives to understand their learning needs and recommend suitable IIM/IIT programs. Manage the entire counselling and sales lifecycle—from lead qualification, follow-up, and program explanation to enrolment closure. Conduct structured telephonic/virtual counselling sessions with prospective learners. Maintain accurate data and track interactions on CRM. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly enrolment targets.



Build solid product knowledge across all IIM/IIT Executive Education offerings. Coordinate with internal program, marketing, and operations teams for smooth candidate experience. Required Skills & Experience Minimum 4 years of experience in sales, preferably in Executive Education / EdTech. Strong background in selling Executive programs for working professionals. Proven experience in inside sales academic counselling. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle high-volume outreach and manage a long consultative sales cycle. Target-driven with strong negotiation and closure capabilities. Proficiency in CRM tools and basic MS Office.
