About the Role

We are looking for a Zoho Developer with robust hands-on experience in Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM,

Deluge scripting, zoho Projects, Zoho People, APIs, and business process automation .

The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining customized Zoho solutions,

automating business processes, integrating Zoho with third-party applications, developing reports/dashboards, and troubleshooting existing workflows and integrations.

We are looking for someone who can independently understand requirements, develop solutions,

troubleshoot issues, and take ownership from development to deployment.

Key Responsibilities

∙Develop and maintain applications in Zoho Creator .

∙Write and maintain advanced Deluge scripts .

∙Develop Forms, Reports, Pages, Dashboards, Workflows, Schedules, Approvals, and Custom

Functions.

∙Customize and automate Zoho CRM .

∙Develop CRM workflows, functions, validations, and reports.

∙Work with Zoho People for attendance, leave, employee, and check-in/check-out automation.

∙Develop integrations using REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, and Webhooks .

∙Integrate Zoho applications with third-party systems.

∙Automate business processes and reduce manual work.

∙Develop operational and management reports and dashboards.

∙Work with date/time calculations and business rules.

∙Troubleshoot Deluge scripts, workflows, APIs, reports, permissions, and synchronization issues.

∙Manage data synchronization between Zoho applications.

∙Identify and resolve duplicate-record and data-consistency issues.

∙Support portal users and access/permission-related requirements.

∙Work closely with business teams to understand requirements.





∙Test and deploy solutions in production.

∙Maintain technical documentation for applications, workflows, APIs, and automation.

Qualifications

∙Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Application, IT, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

∙3–5 years of hands-on Zoho development experience.

∙Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
