Role & responsibilities

1 Ensure Current site + Major Upgrade roll out as per AOP & Customer requirement

1. Project Coordination & monitoring progress v/s Targets of Zone & TSP.
2. Building Capacity to deliver sites as per requirement by developing Vendors.
3. Ensure material availability by coordinating with SCM.
4. Drive Site Electrification within SLA by coordinating with vendors and EB.
5. Ensure budgets for site delivery by Coordinating with PMO and Finance team.
6. Ensure Quality by implementing quality processes and coordinating with Quality Department with Zero Critical Punch Points.
7. Coordination with Acquisition for handover of sites & resolving issues on hold sites by regular visit.
8. Coordination with O&M; for site handover.
9. Safety Compliance Assurance by Physically visiting NB Sites and on Remote Site Audit.
10. Ensure no accumulation of CWIP and material return to warehouse if RFAI not done within 21 days of material dispatch in case of upgrade.

2 Inter functional deliverables

1. Comply to Handover process with O&M; for a smooth RFAI - RFS flow
2. Ensuring Proper HOTO to be submitted by Acquisition team and TSP presence. All non-standard Items to be captured during HOTO and RAG status to be maintained.
3. Review of NB Acquisition team for Hold Sites resolution in Access, Authority and Public issues.
4. Obtain necessary feedback from O&M; prior to Upgrades that helps to improve the site performance
5.



Provide periodical status update of SR-RFAI flow to S&M;
6. Provide periodic feedback to SCM and Finance on Resource requirement
7. F&F; Follow-up with Estate team for Dismantling Projects.

3 Team Development

1. Periodic discussion with team numbers and identifying development opportunities
2. Appropriate Training recommendations.

4 Customer satisfaction and Vendor management.

1. Manage customer expectations and ensure alignment between customer requirements and Indus Towers objectives

2. Minimize rejections of SR
3. Ensure Speedy and Quality Delivery: SR-RFAI
4. Ensure proper RFS support through concerned for timely integration of BTS
5. Ensure continuous communication on site status from SR to RFS through meetings, mail etc. other than ISQ automatic updates
6. Partnering with vendors to ensure timely & quality delivery
7. Timely Vendor payments and approval of WCCs
8. Cost efficient solutions and initiatives to be implemented. Cost control methods to be adopted.
9. Ensuring all milestones to be implemented on system only, Complete System sanctity to be maintained.

5 Driving Safety, Health and Environment Compliance

1. Building and sustaining safety culture
2. Review of safety compliance related work- safety guidelines adherence

3. Ensuring adequate safety trainings

Preferred candidate profile Educational Qualification - Degree in Engineering ( pref - Civil, Electrical, Telecommunication or Mechanical)
