Workday Integration Developer – Benefits Connectors

Job Title: Workday Integration Developer

Location: Remote

Duration: Contract

We are looking for an experienced Workday Integration Developer with strong hands-on experience developing and supporting Workday integrations, particularly Benefits/Benefit Connectors . The ideal candidate will have experience working with Workday HCM and Advantages data and integrating Workday with third-party benefit providers and external systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, configure, test, and maintain Workday integrations .
- Develop and support Workday Benefits Connectors and integrations with external benefit providers.
- Work with Workday HCM, Benefits, and related business processes to understand integration requirements.
- Develop integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services .
- Troubleshoot integration failures, data issues, and production defects.
- Develop inbound and outbound integrations using XML, XSLT, SOAP, REST, and APIs .




- Work with functional and business teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical integration solutions.
- Perform integration testing, data validation, and error resolution.
- Support benefit enrollment and eligibility-related integrations with third-party vendors.
- Prepare technical documentation, integration specifications, and support documentation.
- Participate in deployment and production support activities.

Required Skills
- 3+ years of hands-on Workday Integration experience.
- Strong experience with Workday Benefits Integrations / Benefits Connectors .
- Hands-on experience with Workday Studio and EIB .
- Experience with Core Connectors and Workday Web Services.
- Strong knowledge of XML, XSLT, SOAP, REST, and APIs .
- Experience integrating Workday with third-party benefit providers/carriers .
- Understanding of Workday HCM and Benefits business processes.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Experience with integration testing and production support.
