nWe are looking for a skilled Workday HCM Technical Consultant with 5+ years of experience in Workday technical development, integrations, reporting, and data migration. The candidate should have hands-on expertise in Workday integration technologies, security, calculated fields, custom reports, and enterprise application integrations.

nKey Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and support Workday integrations and technical solutions.
n
- Build and maintain inbound and outbound integrations using:
n
- Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)
n
- Workday Studio
n
- Core Connectors
n
- Cloud Connect
n
- Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs)
n
- Develop and optimize Workday reports and dashboards.
n
- Create and maintain complex calculated fields.
n
- Support Workday HCM modules with technical configurations and enhancements.
n
- Perform data migration, transformation, and validation activities.
n
- Develop and maintain integration documentation and technical specifications.
n
- Collaborate with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors.
n
- Support Workday release testing and production deployments.
n
- Troubleshoot integration failures and performance issues.
n
- Ensure data security, compliance, and integration best practices.
