:

1. Manage and support Windows Server environments (2008,2012/2016/2019/2022) in enterprise infrastructure.
2. Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and domain services.
3. Provide L3 support for critical incidents, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
4. Perform server patching, upgrades, hardening, and performance optimization.
5. Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and operational efficiency.
6. Monitor infrastructure health and resolve complex issues within SLA timelines.
7. Collaborate with network, security and application teams for issue resolution.
8. Mentor L1/L2 engineers and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the Windows setting.

Manage file servers, print servers, and storage-related services.
10. Troubleshoot authentication, access, and permission-related issues.
11. Participate in change management, release management, and infrastructure projects.
12. Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
13. Support Microsoft IIS and related Windows-based applications.
14. Manage file and print services, storage access (SMB/NFS), NTFS permissions, DFS namespaces/replication, quota management, and remediation of permission issues in collaboration with business owners.
15. Participate in vulnerability management and compliance initiatives by applying remediation plans, assisting with audits, producing evidence, and collaborating with cybersecurity teams to close findings.
16. Vendor management and cordination.
