Role & responsibilities Job Title : Windows Server AdministratorJob Description:

- Hands on knowledge and experience working on Windows OS (Client OS and Server OS)

- Hands-on experience in providing L2/L3 level support within IT Infrastructure environments.

- Hands on knowledge and experience on Active Directory, Azure Administration, O365 Administration.

- Hands-on experience in End user computing (EUC) support including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripheral troubleshooting.

- Basic knowledge of the OSI model, switching and internet routing technologies

- Basic understanding of network concepts, cloud, & virtualization tools.

- Having exposure to VMware, Hyper-V, or Horizon View would be an added advantage.

- Design, create, and optimize Group Policies and global IT policies across multi-domain environments.

- Configure and manage VDI solutions, especially using VMware Horizon.

- Deep knowledge of Remote Desktop Services and Thin Client configurations.





- Clear communicator (both written and verbal).

- Provided technical support for operational administration, Directory Services, servers and TCP/IP networks.

- Proficient and knowledgeable and knows how to properly troubleshoot various problems

Education and Experience:

- 2 to 6 years of relevant experience

- Bachelors / Master's Degree (any stream)

- 5 Days working routine

- If called on weekends, then it will be an additional payout for those days.

Working Conditions Details:

- Hours of work 8 pm IST to 5 am IST (Night Shift) - Monday to Friday

- Overtime expectations If theres a ticket which needs your presence then yes, you need to stay back and support the business user.
